Student Volunteer Program

The NJ Conference for Women, a program of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Alliance, is the largest one-day gathering of professional women in the State of New Jersey. Now in its 12th year, the Conference brings together nearly 700 dynamic business leaders from a variety of business sectors for a day of learning, networking, inspiration and growth.

In an effort to expand the mission of the Conference and reach our community’s next generation of female business leaders, the NJCFW is proud to announce our Student Volunteer Program. Through this program, high school seniors will have the opportunity to experience the NJ Conference for Women, spend a day networking with our region’s business leaders, and gain valuable volunteer experience.

About the Program

Through an application process, 8-10 high school seniors will be selected to serve as 2024 NJCFW Student Volunteers.

Those students will spend Friday, October 11 at the NJ Conference for Women assisting Conference Staff with conference operations.

The NJ Conference for Women will provide written documentation of hours served and a letter of recommendation where appropriate.

A pre-conference prep session will be held via Zoom for Student Volunteers and parents/guardians the week before the Conference.
